Meet at the Mat | Monthly Yoga Series at Native

Join us for a restorative yoga class focused on shoulder mobility and posture awareness — led by the incredible Keith Westmoreland at Native Healing & Wellness.

This month’s class is all about helping you find space and ease in the areas we tend to carry the most — the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Expect thoughtful movement, gentle stretches, and mindful breathwork designed to unwind tension and bring your body back into balance. Whether you’ve been slouched at a desk, feeling tight from daily stress, or just want to stand a little taller — this class is for you.
